I have a friend who is looking to chrome some plastic interior trim pieces. How does one chrome plastic so it looks factory original? thanks for the help alp

There is only one place around that does it, in Mission. There are 2 methods and they use the cheaper one, which is like a paint. You'd probably be better off searching in the States, do a search for plastic chrome plating. If you'd like to go with the cheaper method, call any chrome shop and they should have the number to the place in Mission...

theres a place in the douglas/charles st area that does it, i cant remember the name tho didnt seem like it was a cheap method... turned out really nice

slammedbus can correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't Caliber Chrome here in Salmon Arm fit the bill. The dude chromed an apple just to show that it works. Here is a picture I took of his display at the High School Car Show that SlammedBus put on.

Chuck from CV Vacum platers is a great guy to deal with, Nice work seen some wonderfull stuff come from him, Phone on time thou the delay is killer because he is so backed up.

YUp real bear skull. Doug will chrome anything. They even did a whole car.

what would you use to strip chrome off of plastic?
