What would be the effect if something sligthly pinched or altered the path of the flex bowder tube? ???

What are you seeing that you think is out of place?

Installed something like this:

https://www.cip1.ca/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=C13%2D9550

PADDED TRANSMISSION STRAP KIT

C13-9550

The loop that straps to the left on the frame may be interfearing as it feels like a slipping clutch on 2-3 fast shift.

Does that make sence?

I thought your engine was dead?

If the bowden tube is routed over half an inch, nothing unusual will happen.
