Wtd Microsoft Word Product Key

I suppose when I bought my new computer it came with only a trial run of the word product. I find myself in a current situation where I need to finally use the program, to create very important personal documents, but can't due to the lack of a product key. I am cheap as hell and don't want to buy it, I'm hoping one of the 'puter guys here can help me out a bit.

Pretty sure you'll need to aquire a new copy of word.. Same thing happened to me, and I ended up getting Word Student Edition.

Product key won't do it. Need to uninstall and install new version with designated product key. What you can do is uninstall it off your computer then reninstall your trial run you'll be good for another week or two.

More than likely uninstalling it and reinstalling it will not help as the product writes coded date keys in the system to prevent that, could you tell me what version of word you have? I may be able to help you then, worst case you and I maybe able to work something out for some software as I have an abundant supply of legitimate licenses.

all I can find is a 60 day trial of Office 2003. I could use the whole package as all the programs seems to be a trial run.

I am not sure if this will help. I have several computers and sometime ago I intalled Abyword (freeware) and It was very good. You may try it and see if it does the job you need..

another shareware dealio that might help is NeoOffice. our IT guys at work were actually pushing us all to check it out because it's free, opens all MS Office documents and can create documents that MS Office can open as well.. (i'm a total luddite, so maybe someone else can explain if this bad boy works as stated... all i know is our IT guys are never excited about anything, and i saw a vein pumping out of this one guy's head.)

anywho, www.neoffice.org
Sometimes I get the feeling the whole world is against me, but deep down I know that's not true. Some smaller countries are neutral.
