Pre reg will end Thursday night, Sunday is on a first come basis. Once filled that's it! The show is looking to be massive!

I haven't ever entered in this show but if you have pre reg. then bring it. Other than that, you shouldn't need anything.

Last year I just showed up and was on the guest list, lol. I checked in, got my GCVWS package, then was shown where to park. Easy breezy.

It should be the same, if not similar this year. Geoff??

shoot!! I registered way back in June. Just remember the confirmation of payment, no instructions. Oh well, I am sure I am just over thinking it!! I'll just show up :-)

"Start the weekend off right with a open House at Regency VW 2555 Barnet Highway, Coquitlam, BC. Cruise to Mission Raceway @ 4pm."

no but I'm sure some will still show up.. Regency has no man power this year so not much will be going on there

Nope....got redirected to some software download site.....looked like spam, I guess I'll bring my paypal receipt and wing it.

A paypal recipt is all you need but we will also have a list of those who paid. To make the line go quick just print off your paypal recipt from your sent payments.

link to another thread about directions to the GCVWS this weekend. Remember, if you are south on 200th turn left on 80th to get in. If you are North on 200th you can enter right off 200th street.

You mean if you are heading south Turn left on 80th and if you are heading North turn Right in off of 200th.

As always an awesome show

My 3rd time going and entering (although the john deere bus couldn't make it) and had my Dad out again this year. Had 10 cars from our OKVW club in the Okanagan with two trophy winners

We're looking to have a whole OKVW section of us next year
