There not here yet but who wants to make a guess on how much power it puts out? Same combo as previously run.

Closest guess gets a brand new 2005 Manx Hot Wheel!

Well let's see. What boost are we talking about? the 15-17lbs it had before or the 30lbs he will have it set for so he can hit the #.

What fuel?

If James know more maybe he should tell everyone or it's not really much of a guessing game.

Wow, look at all those guesses....
I will tell you guys only this... and it is a guessing game....Just for fun...
I will be on C-16 cuz I like the smell...
and we will dyno at about 15 pounds and then I think we will take it up to 30 pounds.. So lets guess on the 30 pounds...

Now if they can only get that dyno running..

ps Geoff, we may have solved the mystery problem... but I am not going to say anything (my lack of knowledge) until after the dyno,
I feel like that 5yr boy waiting for his bike at Christmas...

Are you for real?

Shaner will have his work cut out to beat the 10.13 @ 133 MPH  I layed down 15 years ago in my old 66 Beetle. :o

( Most of you wouldn't know that because you probably wern't even into VW's back then...)

I would guess about  300-325 Rear wheel H.P. at 15 Lbs boost,   And if he is adding Nitros on top of that...  Who.the hell knows......

Darrens car was red like his temper back then....oh and his hair. Anyway it was called the \"Tomato Bullet\" and it rocked! I remember seeing him get sidways down McPherson ave on the way back from the tire shop. That this was Freaking scary!

Back in the day at Seattle Darren would click off low 10's all the time. I do remember the one pass when there was just a little too much boost and heat in the head and a big chunk of it shot out the tail pipe and blew that head apart. Ahhh the good old days, I think he had it all fixed within a few hours. With that kind of power it takes a lot of work to keep it all going strong pass after pass.

Darren post a few pic's of the car. I may have some as well.
