Rust Problems (body/pan Seperation)

well this morning i was taking out the bolts that hold the pan and body together, and 4 of the ones under the car that appear to go into the heater channel wont come out.  it sounds like a backing plate inside the channel is spining with the bolt?  will i be able to just lift the body and hope those pull through or is there a better solution?  now the heater channels must be shot so how hard is it to put new ones on??? im putting a 3\" bodt lift on this car if that makes any difference at all               thanks guys         Tyrel

Get in there with your angle grinder and grind the heads off.  Don't pull them through.
