My Judson Is Here!
« on: September 27, 2004, 08:26:38 PM »
I got my Judson today, all brand new NOS in the box, its got a little weathering from moisture in the air but that will polish off. All the plugs were still in the body and the Marvel Mystery Oil Bottle is all good i just need a seal kit and apparently i can buy it on the Judson Registry site. So i guess I will start putting this in soon.  Anybody able to post some pics for me i tried and it did not work.

Very nice find  :o  I've been looking for one for my '55 for a few yrs, without much luck. I have the double crank pulley on the engine, but that's all.

wow looks good,
i have to say when we first bought our 55 that was the plan totally stock with a judson somehow hanging around Brad and Geoff the engine idea faded until we are finally going with some more power:)
cool to have a judson powered car around

gosh boy oh boy droolicious..
If my bug ever goes back to something like stock its getting judsonized... Sooo jealous!
If more power is better. Then too much is just enough.
Why do it once when you can do it thrice?

The car its going in is my all original green 61 so its a 40 hp kit, Judson Type II kit, i have been looking for quite a while too, before i found it. I have now located through the Judson Registry the badges for the car that will look cool. I have already started polishile all the parts at work and they are coming out quite good. Now my only question is where the hell do i find Marvel Mystery Oil??????????????

Thanx Matt for posting the pics

searched on google for Marvel mystery oil and turns out its manufactured by Turtle Wax. Found a few online stores selling it:CLICK ME Canadian Tire or another auto parts source might have it.
