9.51 at sac this year with no water or ice running in the intercoolers. There is a lot left in the car.

qualified 5th out of 16 car field

Thats probabbly the best quote I have ever read.....
That car will see Sac again, Maybe I can convince Jeff to be picked up on my way down...Always great to have a pit crew guy like The previous owner  with ya

I'm sure Shane had a very good reason as to why he decided to not buy the car.  It would have made some good racing forsure against Darrens car.

Here are the reasons, This is a great Car... Fantastic money for the car, My daughter is graduating next year, she is also involved in many sports and is looking to go south for University, thus next year will be filled by supporting her, show casing her to the USA, then the following year my other daughter graduates. My kids come first and formost to anything else... This car would not get the track time it needs. Basically I would be lucky to race 2 times next season, Long long talks with my wife.. we have decided to wait until the youngest graduates then , we buy a race car...

Good decision Shane. Family first, but being responsible is boring though, I sold my dirt bike (no time to ride anymore) sold my boat last year (no time to use it) and I had to sell my big ass GMC last month because it was not practical for towing the new travel trailer we bought. My son was almolst in tears when I sold the truck. Decisions like this make you feel old but good. Their will always be another good deal on a race car.
