Here is something for you. My air pressure pod on my sander which works on 100psi of air and looks the same as your wastegate developed a crack on the rubber diaphram inside, I had to order a new diaphram that was going to take 3 days to get to my door, so in the mean time we needed to use our sander and all I could think of for a quick fix was to stretch a blue colored nitrile glove over the cracked diaphram and hope it would get us through ........It has been in there for over 6 months now and going strong. I'm not going to replace it with my new diaphram until it breaks.....
Thought I would say this cause I have read the older turbonetics wastegates have developed cracks in there diaphrams, this could save you in a pinch, and works at 100 psi with a 1/2\" of travel.
