Thinking About Selling.
« on: June 26, 2006, 02:38:26 AM »
I was thinking about selling my 70 Baha,so I can finish my 62 rag bug. This bug is not even close to stock. It's been off the road, sitting indoors for 3 years. It's not a show car, But it's built. You might remember it a few years back in the Autobahn vendor area at the great canadian. It's road legal and I have Papers for it. It's got 1.8 lt 16V in back with a rad in front. Type 2 IRS Trans. Porsche 944 turbo: Rear Trailing arms, C.Vs, and Vented Disc Brakes. Front Ghia Disc brakes. 2" Front spindle lift. 3" body lift. 31" big O's ATs on porsche cookie cutters front and rear. Long Range custom fuel tank. Adjustable Rear spring Plates. Adjustable Front beam...... Thats off the Top of my Head, but there's more I can't think of right now. Offers??? Is there any one who might be interested???

This is the only pic I could find right now.  It's a few years old. http://www.autobahndismantlers.com/Bajabug1.jpg     She needs a little TLC now but I don't have the time.

I got the adapter from a guy named Andrew in maple ridge. He makes them from scatch. His company was called Top Line. The kit comes with an adapter, hardware, and a custom flywheel.  It bolts up to a bug or bus trans. I'm running a IRS bus tran in my bug. I got the bug up and running the other day and took it for a drive down the street. I wish I had more time to get everthing spick and span on it .
