Will consider any year of trany, would perfer later model with taller gears.  Need not be stock! If you have a good performance trany around i'd be willing to look as well!  Cash on Hand!

61 beetle had one for sale do a serarch,fully rebuilt 67 stocker i think

I got one, drum to drum from a 65. $100.00, that's it.

I'm willing to put out a little more if the trany is beefed a bit.

Matt, any problems with that trany?  What gearing?  65 has the lower geared Ring and pinion right?

I dunno about gearing, check this link from a couple weeks ago, Bruce seems to know quite a bit o'crap about these, scroll down till ya see his name.
