Cr/fuel Octane

My question is twofold:
1: How high a compression ratio can you use on a street car using 87 octane fuel?
2: If you were to assemble a 1641 using stock 1600 heads and no barrel spacers, what compression ratio would you end up with?

The biggest two factors for #1 are cam and chamber type. You need to describe both.
#2, what stock heads? 113? 311? 040? 043? All have different chamber sizes. What is your deckheight? If the case was machined, your deck height has to be measured.
