dark blue beetle with white wheels and white piping, tinted windows, semi lowered with tinted windows and BC plates cruisin I-5 North bound North of Bellingham at 5 pm yesterday....any one know him?

Don't you hate that when you see a pretty nice VW that you haven't seen around before?  Especially, when you're in traffic and you can't turn around to let 'em know about a club meeting or something.
