10th Annual SMC (Stock Motor Challenge) - Aug 19th

thats right folks...this is a special year as we celebrate 10 solid years of racing acvws with stock displacement motors down the track!! 10 years with many smiles down the 1/4 mile...and all in the name of FUN!!

the 10th annual SMC is sponsored by the Zündfolge Car Club and will be held in conjunction with the 17th annual DVKK Strip Show and the 25th annual Great Canadian VW Show weekend...

date - august 19th 2016
time - gates @ 430pm, tech starts shortly after that, racing @ 530pm until approx 11pm
location - mission raceway park
cost - $35 for car & driver to race at mission raceway, entry in the SMC is free!!

so...like every other SMC, lets get those stockers tuned and get as many as we can out on the track for some friendly and fun 1/4 mile drag racing...everyone is welcome and the more the merrier!!

great news!!

Unfortunately our car will not be there to defend the title as its getting some much needed bodywork done to it and wont be ready for this year.  Next year Stephanie will again be in the seat to embarrass me and my slow time.
