Starter Problems

I'm on my 2nd used  starter this summer! seems like a bad sol, bang on the starter & it goes ! am I just having bad luck or is this common & I should get a new one. Thanks for any input

Shure it's not full of mud?

Could be a weak ign. switch or wiring. Try a relay at the starter, or a new wire to a button up front.

Test this fix with a remote starter switch, if it works with that you need a relay or new wire.
