Post by: jeff450x on December 27, 2010, 02:38:29 PM

Get rid of the stock carb and get a set of dual carbs, if you want to stay with a stock carb do a search on the samba. There is some good tuning info there

I have a set of dual Baby Delortos 34s with manifolds, crossbar linkage, air filters, everything you need, in running condition, I pulled them off in the spring to move up to weber 44s. They would work pretty good on your 1835. They ran great on my 1915, just lacked in the top end. Of course some 36s or even 40s would open it up more but these are good reliable carbs. Let me know if you are interested and I can e-mail you pics. I am looking for somewhere in the $250 obo.
