Bremerton Raceway...just Got Home

I just got home from bremerton with my buddy Andrew holliday.  The VW drag cars were all out (about 8 drag cars) and about 6 in street trim including jeff lovel running consistant mid to high 11's.  he hit a 11.66.  one beetle rolled at the end of the track.  I didn't get the guys name, but he walked away with no injuries.  the car rolled about 6-8 times.  strictly speed's yellow drag car ran a 10.50, and the CIP1 car ran low 10's.

anyways...it was a great time.  nice little swap meet, and good drag competition.

i heard from alot of my fellow vw'ers that this show was very disappointing.  I think they didnt advertise it enough myself.  Thats ashame, hope they pull it out next year, my wife made me go to colossus langley and see Pirates of the Carribean, talk about one bada$$ movie..!!!

the show wasn't great, but I went for the drag racing, so it was great! :D
