k i had to replace my upper control arm and ive got it out now but it wont go back into place correctly whats a good way of putting it back in?

Before trying to install the control arm onto the torsion leaves, take your grinder and grind a chamfer on the end of the bundle.  This will make it so they find the hole easier.
