Well I picked up this 62 to tie me over until I finish my 63 single cab which I bought to tie me over until my 58 bug was done.. when will it ever stop
-
Very nice!
-
you stole this one Buddy love it
-
Nice ride and color Geoff!!!!!
did you do a road trip to Victoria for it??
-
Hey "Jesus" doesn't steal, I'm just blessed. I found this one on Used Victoria and headed over to the big rock in the ocean from the mainland to pick up this cream puff. Then I trailered it over the mountains back to the Okanagan where it will enjoy the sunshine. I have a 4 inch narrow beam and some BRM's waiting for it. I have just finished replacing the king pin bushings and will be installing 2 1/2" drop airkewld spindles with flipped tierods. I ordered a 2 3/4" drop swing axle adapter plate to lower the rear and still maintain the proper toe in. I will take some pics to show the progress. I might just drop in the 2332 cc for fun to blow past Gordo and the boys this summer.

Sweet Jesus you can find em !!!!! Nice!!!
-
(http://) I was going to put these sweet wheels I picked up on the 62 but I decided to save them for the 58 and use the silver BRM's instead. Sorry no fenders for you Hotsauce. Those old ones are like gold...
-
awesome...was hoping someone from here would snag it. Can t wait to see it dropped!!
-
so why do us okanagan guys refuse to get together?
-
I think it's time for a Okanagan club of aircooled vw enthusiast. Some of us boys were talking about getting everyone together for some fun cruises and informal get togethers. We just want to hangout and talk cars and stuff. No memberships and voting crap. Come visit us Beetlemandan and any others with a vw who want to hang out.

Very nice wee_hee
-
thats looking sharp! silver brms dont work on alot of cars, this one they do
-
Soooooooooo hot, stop by the store tomorrow and let me rub up on it alittle
-
Thanks for the compliments. It doesn't always go together as planned as something always seems to need modifying. I got to get the rear aligned before I bring her by your store Randy as she's squirrley on the road. I need to make sure there is toe out in the rear. I think its toed in right now they way it handles.
-
man , love it !!
