i called airspeed at 9am on wednesday morning and had a good chat with jason and placed a parts order with him.
not only was the whole order ready by friday morning, but jason was kind enough to deliver them to where i work. that meant that i could spend the extra 2 hours that it would have taken me to drive out to airspeed & back to wrestle with installing the new popout window rubber. B)
customer service at it's best. even if the parts had not been delivered, the turnaround time, proffesionalism and friendly attitude is what it's all about.
