Does anyone remember that cloth braid, rubber lined hose. You could buy it from Bow Wow many yaers ago.
It came in small sizes, fuel lines, vacume etc.
Who carries it now???

Try AVR, if they don't I know Germansupply.com does.
Keep in mind the fuel line is not compatible with ethanol so you'll have to run Chevron 94 or switch to J30R9 fuel injection hose from your FLAPS.

I've been running 10% ethanol through AVR's fabric fuel lines for years, check em often and no problems.

...................... check em often and no problems......
Exactly, it's hit and miss, some batches stand up fine for years, others turn into soaker hose in just a few weeks, if you run it inpect it carefully every time you check the oil. Look/smell for wet areas and wiggle each line near the fittings when it's under pressure, some can look good but squirt a pin sized stream out when you wiggle it.
Gasoline fed fires suck.

Hey, thanks for the info.
I'm told that NW Fuel Injection, in Port Kells carries all sizes.
I haven't been there yet.
Cheers

x3

...and without getting too far off topic...lift your lid/check your oil every time you get gas. and if you don't get gas often, lift your lid/check & inspect before every drive! it's one of the cheapest and easiest forms of preventative maintenance you can do!  :)

Nope. Theirs is made by Meyle Germany (Part of the brand name, has nothing to do with the actual country).
China's finest.
Get the stuff made by Continental. Available through Worldpac, which any FLAPS should have access to.
