For starters that is not a 74 or a 75.  Looks like a 76 at least.  I see FI in the engine compartment.  Interior is at least a 76.  I would want to know if the registered.owner is the seller.

"3 speed tranny" is a polite way of saying the 2nd gear syncro is destroyed and the gears are mising teeth as well
the customer is always wrong
