Not likely Trevor, they have really limited info from that period. My contact at VW says they did have boxes of stuff, but when things were a little lean, they needed to consolidate warehouse space and tossed a lot of old stuff out!

Hey Bri,

I was reading a post on TheSamba the other day about a fellow who has uncovered one of the first Barndoor Deluxe buses to be imported for the 1952 CNE show and there is an order list posted in the thread with VIN numbers. Plus a bunch of other photos that people have researched and posted.
