WTB: short axle bearing caps

Looking for a pair of swingaxle bearing caps for short axles. These are the ones with the exposed seal when they are installed. Believe they should end with part # 311  and NOT 311A.

I think isp west sells them new for short axle conversions but I could have been mistaken.

They only stock long axle caps.
