I see a fair amount of cars for MVIs from back east in the shop I work for. Even an 07 could have rust concerns. If its been well looked after it could be fine, but I would get them to take it to a shop and get underside pics before purchase. Your probably not going to have giant rust holes in the body or anything crazy like that but I had an 03 Corrolla last year that had to have steel brake lines replaced because they were so badly corrodded they were going to start leaking very soon. Nothing major, but a cost most people arent expecting. I had an Astro van come in about 5 years ago, it was about a 10 yr old van at the time. While it was sitting in the parking lot waiting for me to get to it, the very rusty gas tank straps broke and the tank fell on the ground! Something to keep in mind. Hope it works out for you.
