middle seat clamps needed

Looking for bus middle seat hardware. Need 4 sets (base, anchor bolt, hook and nut).

If you mean these no they don't, those are sand cast aluminum clamps, not forged like the VW ones, if you feel you want to experience a middle seat in the back of the head in a frontal crash they might just be the ticket, I prefer forged steel German ones myself ;) Those are handy for the bottom plates and the bolts, but the nuts and clamps are absolute garbage.
