Doghouse oil cooler mount and bracket needed

I need the aluminum mount that the doghouse oil cooler mounts to as seen here.


 I am also looking for the small bracket that the tin get screwed to. Its the blue painted piece at the bottom of the oil cooler in this picture.

 Let me know if you have either.
