Testing the waters
« on: October 25, 2010, 07:21:34 AM »
I'm thinking about parting out my squareback project. It's a 69 with quite a few custom mods to it. I have 2 transmissions, 1 complete motor and a ton of parts for another motor, and all the glass. I'm getting ready to go through all the pieces for an accurate list. I wanted to sell it as a whole but the car doesn't have any papers and it seems no one wants to mess with it.

No interior in this. It's just a shell right now. Most all the body parts are on the car (some with mods). The front clip is a replacement. There are no door handles, hatch release or anything else that usually goes on the outside of the car. Even if I end up keeping the body, I do have the side pop outs and rear quarter windows available. I also have a rather large selection of engine parts and cooling tin.

I've come to a decision on the car. I will be parting this out. I can't get to my parts storage until after the 19th of this month but I will be starting to list things shortly. :(

Maybe a deal can be swung for that "spare" vin and title so that "blarneyman" can get this car back on the road!  Just a thought....'shame to part it out.
