Busdepot and Germansupply AFAIK but only the mid 76+ style round plastic ones and not cheap either, a Thing uses 2 doesn't it?, the oval plastic and oval metal are NLA last time I checked, you can refill them: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=389074 .
