We will never forget! My nephew is serving in Iraq right now. We don't even know where he is (he's in the special forces). My father-in-law and 2 of my uncles served in Korea and several of my (younger) friends were in the gulf war.

i use to be in army cadets, and every year we would stand and sell poppies i always looked forward to this because i got to hang out with a real vet from the world war they saw alot go on, and i would always end our day shaking their hand and thanked them, they did like that, i havent really gave much thought to the conflicts after ww2 untill this past year when one of my friend joined the service and a former employee of mine quit to join up as well, it puts it in the lite when someone ya know is out there!

Great to see!. I am so with you!. I thank my, {now deceased},  Dad, who made it through, and two Uncles who did not. For sure my family never forgets. Good to see the moral fibre of this group is strong and sincere. If any of our current troops read this, know that agree or not with reasons for your being "over there", we support and pray you are safe and return to us intact. Thanks Airspeed. Best topic I've seen in a while. Rockdoc.

For some reason the video didn't work for me. But the pipes at the beginning were enough to get me going :'( :'( :'( :'(
I was about 10 the first time I ever heard the pipes. There was a guy playing Amazing Grace up at Artist point on Mt. Baker in the summer. I completely lost it. It moved me in a way I can not describe, my mum thought I was scared :D
