Putting it off of course.. I really thought Vancouver was done with rain forever.. Ugh. guess I need to replace the motor..  Shawn didn't want to drive around with me 24-7 with a string sliding the arms back and forth.. GAWD!! The nerve.



Anyway.. the part number of the old one is 211955113G... I THINK it's a 12volt motor with conversion.. But really not positive.

She's a 64 (bus).. which should be 6 volt.. some conversions have been done.

 If someone has the armature for sale too.. I may just grab the whole package off you. I think there's extra play in mine, that's not supposed to be there.

In the Meantime..... get yourself some RainX.  When I was down for the WCS last year I found it better than the wipers anyways.

LOL.. I've been using it for the past 6 months..lol.. It was the sleet that did me in.. ugh.. Rainex doesn't keep that off..lol.
 But.. with regular rain, yes.. it's awesome.. even better that I have flat windshields ;)

Motors are interchangable between bus and Beetle? If so I might have one kicking around. I'll dig'er up for yah.

I think i might have one for you, i got one for my 65(65 only) and it turned out to be the wrong year, i'll have a dig and see if i can find it.

I'm not sure they are.  Someone correct me if I'm wrong.. Been a while since I've looked at a bug one.
