It's been a couple years since I saw her...

When last seen.. had..

Burgundy 67 seats... stock sunroof. offwhite orgin. paint... speedo in kms not miles.

Can produce VIN for search if needed.

How long ago did you lose the car?
I had a beetle almost its twin that three years ago i obtained it thru a towing yard and it was in bad shape
on the inside there was some recent pictures of the car and it looked identical to yours......but alot of rust developed in the year or two they had it and i could not save the car, it also had the original owners manual
with lowbacks from 67

I sold her to a guy in Dec. 00. If I remember correctly she went though aircare inspection in 04.. I'm out of town right now, so can't check but will. I had the orginal manual at one point... She had a little batt. pan rust, and some on the pass side door jam and door centre. Other than that clean.
She had a locking engline lid... ummm... trying to think of more. I have pics of her interrior too.. I can post them when I'm back home. I would love to get my hands on her if I found her again.. scraped or not. Where did you send it?

Well i hope it is not yours, This car went rusty over the last years fast!! very bad, It had a clean dash, and the photos were in the owners manual, she was so bad i had to scrap her..... I remember a decal on the gas tank that was out of the ordinary, Did your have that decal?
but this was not 04 so i don't think it was yours. 02 maybe 03. I think the regi and pan went elsewhere.....

She was last inspected at aircare in March 04.

Well, whoever owns it sure doesn't know how to adjust a carburator. Also, it has the wrong engine size listed, so the cutoffs will be lower than if it had the right size.
