For helping out over the phone at the last minute and finding the weight of my Van for me, which was the last thing i needed for vehicle registration. Despite it being my 4th time taking all my docs to icbc/autoplan and them telling me each time i needed something else, then suggesting i take my van to a commercial weigh scale!!!! and despite taking 2 hours because no one new how to work there computer and arguing with the traffic warden that she couldn't give me a ticket for overstaying my 1 hr parking as i couldnt get my van registered so the ticket wouldnt go anywhere i'm finally on the road...........WWOOOOOOOHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
