Fs: 1971 Type 3 Squareback

If you're looking for a great squareback, you've just found your car! This car is a lifetime Arizona, South California car with the original bill of sale.

This car has been in Canada for about 4 years, 3 of which I have owned it. When I bought the car it had some minor rust on the driver's side front fender and a few spots of surface rust in a couple areas. Mechanically the car was near perfect, driving the 3 hour trip back to Vancouver with no problems.

Over the past 3 years the car has had:
-Professionally restored body
-Painted original Marina Blau
-Transmission built by local VW God Bruce Tweedle
-Engine built (with new case, pistons, cylinders, etc.) by Duane's German Autohaus
-The car is currently equipped with dual Solex PDSITs in the 1967 Type 3 configuration but I have kept the original Bosch D-Jetronic Fuel Injection system which was in full working order when removed; includes mint MPS
-The car appears to have had no major accidents; only one was some minor front end damage
-The front bumper was recently professionally restored and rechromed.
-The car includes a near new Flat Four wood slat roof rack
-The carpet as been replaced with a TMI salt and pepper carpet set, but otherwise the interior is original; the rubber trunk liner is still there and has only one tear in it.
-The car is only driven in good weather on weekends and during the sunny months to and from the bus stop

This car has been regularly maintained and includes all recepits. Give me a call at 604.541.7983 if you have any questions or PM me.

Asking 7000 OBO, no low ballers pls.

Brandon
