I got to see Mr. Pistol Pete today... :thumbsup: I thought he was going to get up out of bed to shake my hand when I rolled in there! He looks fantastic! And told me to tell you all G'day! I got to spend about an hour there and Pete got to go out into a garden that is right outside his room. He started to take of out on his own in the wheelchair and his dad had to chase him down. He's got a great spirit and will be up on his feet in no time! When he got back to the canopy we all were sitting under he rolled himself up to a table and started drawing (a Rat Fink!) in a sketchbook that is there for patients. I can tell he's anxious to get back to striping. Derek, his wife Sara, and I are planning to get him some brush-like markers so he can get to practicing for when he gets out. We will try to get Pete on here before too long so he can tell you all in person.
He is doing very well and its because of you and all your MOJO! I will be presenting him the Get Well Card that you helped me with. :bow: Thanks for taking the time to \"sign\" it. I think we can all be proud of it! It will show him what great people are out ther pulling for him every day through this whole ordeal.
