On Fraser hwy after 264 going west about 1/2 mile or so on
the right hand it looks like they are building a drive in movie
theatre.Am I right or is this some sort of wierd flash back.

Yep that's right. It was supose to be done last spring bt the city was being a pain. So it will be done for this spring. The same guys that owned the langley one is building this one.
