that's pretty cool. i have actually met that guys son, who also works at the company building the super 7's. he was a friend of mines old high school buddy.

164 - something in REVERSE!!!! i would be s**ting

one thing i dont really understand is the 12.4 1/4 mile at 175km/h from a 185 hp 1300cc motorcycle engine.

shouldn't the time be a little quicker since the km/h are so high? i mean darren k does the 1/4 in 11.20 something at 110km/h something.

shouldn't the super 7 be in the 9's at that speed?

i dont know much (read:anything) about calculating 1/4 mile times.

Miles per hour Silas. Mission posts times in mph not km/h. Darren's trap speed is around 180km/h

I'm actually surprised the car is geared so high in reverse. Wonder what the point of gearing it that high is?

I think its to do test like this and have the bragging rights of doin 165 in reverse. :wacko: ....I think I side with Silas on this one.........I'd be sh*tting too!
