FS: Nice storage for rent

I will have a spot in my garage for rent available in about 2 to 3 weeks maybe sooner, the garage is attached to my house its closed in with a gated yard, I am in there frequently is a 2car garage the other car in there is my beetle , asking $60(firm) a month must be out by may-june

I talked with mirko , told him he had first dibs but the spot wasnt available untill now , and he has found something else , but as for next year he will
Be first inline!

Located in the south van area.

In the future it will available from oct -may/june

Sorry not heated, but its attached to the house so its a bit warmer than something that would be seperate.
