Help tuning dual kads?

Finally got my car back together after a 2 year job of rebuilding
The carbs ( money issues) car does not seem to run quite right
Looking for a hand from someone to get it set up right.
I don't have money to offer but I do have a fridge full of beer?
I live in abbotsford about a block and a half from AVR.
Hoping to get to gcvws

  What size motor, new or old Kads, jetting, are the floats set?
distributor?
 I just went though this.
I have some extra jets, and experience, through frustration.
 
 My brother, has more experience than I do. I can call if needed!

That is an incredible, and unique looking Bug.
 I remember following this VW, a couple of years ago, and it will be good to see it mobile!

Ok so my motor is a stock 1600dp
No idea what jets are in it
I bought the carbs used from Shane that he took out of
His orange double cab with a 1641
I have a 009 with points Bosch blue coil
I basicly took the carbs apart replaced all the seals and cleaned everything.
Currently I have injured my back so I can't really get down and work on it.
Which is why I am asking for help along with not having a clue
