I have a complete kit from bug@5speed.net to install a 901 gearbox into a beetle. I have the nosecone,axle flanges, front/rear mounts, cable guide, and the fancy shifter. Also included in the price is a good working 901 gearbox from a 64-65 912. As it's close ratio 1-5, I also have tall 5th gears to use as an actual overdrive (I think they are .77 and you'll have to install them) Shipping is extra.
