I have a 63 1200cc with a new carb from CIP1.
This one specifically: VWC-113-129-029-A - 30/31 PICT BROSOL CARB.
I have been trying to pass for last two summers, but I was lazy and just insured it for three month last summer.
Now, I am stuck and have no way of passing unless I put the old carb back on...I think.
Is there anything I can do? I am really considering just insuring it with an address out of Victoria just so I can get it on the road again.
