Hey guys, I'm considering parting a '78 Bay tin top in the next month or so, and wanted to guage some interest (thanks).
If I part it (probable) I'll be removing and cleaning the parts to sell. Sorry, no opportunity to remove your own, but just tell me what you want and I will remove to your specifications. Once parts are off they can be viewed in person or via email/text photos.
Been parked for 5 years due to a blown clutch and is fairly complete.
Anybody interested in:
2L engine (I'll see if I can get a video of it running. Yes I will change the fuel lines, gas oil and battery to do this).
Manual Tranny
Front Beam (one rust spot that i can see, but one of the more solid ones I've seen)
Disc brakes
Brake Booster (Servo) and Master
Rear Brakes, Axels, arms etc.
Steering box
Wiper motor
Front Doors
Rear cargo Hatch
Rear Engine Hatch
Top Engine Hatch (and surround I can cut out for you to weld into earl bay or split)
Side and back glass, there is extra glass (sliders, vent wings, and straight panes)
Gas Tank (unknown condition, but I'll clean it)
Dash
Stock wheels
Rain gutters
Roof
Other body clips might be salvageable
Tape deck
Ask me about the condition of these or any other parts.
I also have baywindow parts from other late bays so let me know what you need.

Sliding door, Seats, windshield, interior panels, clutch, tires, lower body panels, battery,
What I'm keeping:
BA6 Heater, Fuel Injection, Nose clip, KM speedometer, glovebox door.
Once stripped I may post smaller parts on Samba or EBay, but wanted to give our local community first shot.
