Anyone have a pic of one on a car or know where these were typically installed?

I've pulled a few off cars and all were in different locations per year and model. T3's had them on the hatch to the right, Beetles some I've seen below the lic plate, Baywindow rear hatch and also on the deck lid. I may have a pic somewhere with one on a beetle?
