Coming up this Sunday are 2 local events that are definitely worth a look at and the 28th annual Kruise for Kids Toy Run is a great way of participating as any car is welcome as long as you bring a new unwrapped toy and/or a cash Donation. The other is the Annual run for British cars to commemorate the reforming of the motoring laws in England over 100 years ago that allowed a "motorcar" to travel without someone walking in front to warn horses on the roadway ahead.
The 28th annual Kruise for Kids starts gathering Sunday November 6 at 8a.m. in the SE parking lot of Guildford Shopping Centre Surrey by the Red Robin for a 10 a.m. sharp departure.
All toys and donations go directly to The Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau for distribution to children in the Greater Vancouver-Fraser Valley area. Trophies for Best Decorated Vehicle, Best Dressed Driver and crew, Best Club Turnout, and Best Club Display!!
This is a rain or shine event so if the weather keeps your classic car at home bring your daily driver to join in the fun. Travels to Cascade Casino in Langley. For an approximately 3 hour Show and Shine. Drop off toys at the show and shine if you can’t make it to Guildford.
