Wanted: Garage to do car restoration

Prefer something bigger than one car, but anything will do.  The requirement is that I can work on my buses, some sanding, grinding, welding etc.  No painting if that is a requirement.

I can share a shop or warehouse, or WHY.

where are you located? any preference to where you want a shop? I am in South Surrey with some space.
