Build Questions

I am starting to piece together a new engine and have a as41 case with the larger head studs. I belive 10mm.  Can I bore this case out for 94's and still have enough material left where the cylinder  goes into the case where the studs are?
and  are case savers necessary to put in?
Thanks Derek

my case has 10mm studs and 94's;there's room but on mine i had to shim out the cylinders a little and the shims wouldn't fit until they were opened up where the studs go through.if i had yours i'd look into putting in 8mm studs with case savers,if it would work.ask the pro's if that's a viable option....mike
