For the guys who roll without fenders here in the lower mainland, do the cops hassle you for not having them?  Whats the penalty for no fenders?

Out in Chilliwack there's about 8 or so rods without fenders I'm working on two right now, I think if you keep it clean and drive it some what sane you should be ok but there is always that @*$ hole out there.
