I know a guest bedroom about 10 minutes from there.

Safeco has one of the best sight lined arrangements, period.

Don't know of any place down there (close). I tend to get away from the city as fast as I can (hate the big cities). I would advise staying away from Seattle between now and the 29th of this month. The state is doing some major road repairs on I-5 in the downtown area. They are closing down half of the freeway (northbound) and the traffic is going to be the worst ever.

Have you ever thought about Camping.
You could stay at Dash Point State Park.
Approx 30minutes from Seattle
Thanks,
Shawn
