New Heater Channels?

where in the lower mainland can i get my heater channels replaced?? and how much am i looking to spend.
 
also how hard is it to do yourself? i can weld. but i don't have a welder at the moment.

do it yourself,  buy the bug me video on how to do it thats what i did with my heater channels its a great video

I've got some new heater channels I could sell you. They are the deluxe ones with heater tube and I want to go with the econo ones no heater tube. $175.
