Just thinking recently of our previous cars, Jen's ruby red 65 bug and my 71 fasty. We sold them off quite a while ago, and The guy that bought my fasty smashed into a curb and toasted the frame head, last I heard it was sitting in The bug shop's yard. The young guy that bought the 65 kinda just dissapeared with the car. I think he lived in Maple Ridge, but I haven't seen the car since the day we sold it. kinda miss those ones.

Anybody seen these cars in the past 6-7 years??

nice cars matt.

here are where my cars have ended up...

71 super = burned to the ground. the charred carcass is sitting in the woods on denman island.

66 sedan = parted out. the shell sits in a friends horse carral in courtenay.

67 sedan = parted out. cut up and used to keep other bugs on the road.

72 sedan = parted out. sent to the wrecker in richmond.

56 ragtop sedan = sitting in my garage in epoxy primer and boxes. currently undergoing a prolonged restoration.

64 sunroof sedan= daily driver.

I'd just assumed every VW ended up in Rustbus's car port...
